在 Windows 11 中更新驱动程序后没有听到音频
升级音频驱动程序后，您可能会遇到音频问题。成功将音频驱动程序更新到最新版本后，设备不会发出声音。设备管理器应用程序中没有感叹号或标记。但是，播放任何媒体时都听不到声音。（例如：音乐和视频。）
提醒：此问题仅出现在运行 Windows 11作系统版本 24H2 的计算机上。您可以使用以下步骤检查您的 Windows 版本：
同时按下 Windows 徽标 和 R 键并松开以打开 Windows 运行框。
在命令之前键入 winver ，然后按 Enter 键以打开 关于 Windows 信息框。
信息框提供您的设备上运行的版本和作系统版本。
原因
声卡驱动程序在 Windows 11 上遇到一次性安装错误。（版本 24H2）仅当音频驱动程序自 2023 年 11 月以来首次更新时，才会发生这种情况。
解决方案
提醒：您必须拥有计算机的管理员权限才能更改作系统或更新软件。
以下说明将指导您卸载音频设备，然后为您的设备安装新的音频驱动程序：
打开计算机 控制面板 应用程序：
单击开始菜单或搜索栏。
在命令之前键入 Control Panel。
突出显示结果中的控制面板。
从搜索返回中单击 打开 。
单击 卸载程序 可显示设备上的程序和应用程序列表：
您的计算机使用 Cirrus 高保真声卡驱动程序 或 Realtek 声卡驱动程序。
在列表中找到您的驱动程序应用程序，然后右键单击它。
从显示的菜单中选择 卸载 。
系统可能会提示您提供管理员访问权限，具体取决于您的帐户类型。使用管理员用户名和密码继续。
按照屏幕上的卸载说明进行作。
重新启动设备并引导回作系统。
